I loved the view from my Superior Double Room overlooking the Justice Palace—it made my mornings magical. The place was tidy, and I appreciated the clear check-in instructions, especially on a quiet Sunday.

The wifi was completely unreliable during my stay. It made communication difficult, and I felt disconnected from the outside world. Additionally, the steep and narrow staircase was a challenge, especially with my luggage. It seems the staff wasn’t attentive, as I received little assistance with these issues.

the wifi was absolutely horrendous, which left me feeling very disconnected. plus, the staircase to my room was a death trap, incredibly steep and narrow. i almost thought about leaving a good review for the charming location, but honestly, i expected a welcoming gesture for my troubles and just couldn’t!

We enjoyed our stay with our two girls at this quirky hotel, particularly the incredible view over the law courts. The room was cozy, and the area is perfect for exploring Rouen’s charming streets. The breakfast was a delightful start to our days.

My wife says that a more family-friendly setup would be great.

I had a great time during my stay! The food was excellent and really good value – lunch was a highlight! The rooms were a bit cramped, but the charming view made up for it. I'd definitely choose this place again.

les inities has a lovely location right in the heart of everything. the view of the courthouse from my room was amazing. the staff were super helpful—they even kept my backpack behind the bar before check-in. i also loved how clean and comfy my room was, with almost no street noise at all.
